“PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION – LAW 196/2003”
CLAUSE FOR CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS
Personal and fiscal data collected directly from the controller VECCHIA MURANO V.M. SRL – Castello,
4392/A – Venezia, processed in printed, computing and telematic form for the performance of contractual
and lawful obligations as well as for the effective handling of business relations and for the credit
security involved in each single commercial issue.
The non-submittal of data, where not compulsory, will be evaluated time by time by the controller and
the resulting decisions to be made will take into account the importance of the required data in respect
of the business relations management.
Data are not subject to be divulged.
Data will be transmitted to Venezia Services SRL who is the processor of invoicing, packaging and shipping procedures
and after sales issues on behalf of controller.
Data may be transmitted, strictly in accordance with the above mentioned purposes, and consequently
processed only in relation to the said purposes, by other subjects as to :
- professionals and consultants
- bank and credit companies
- credit recovery companies
- transportation companies
for the same as above indicated purposes, the data may be conveyed to other Managing areas and/or
Managing Directors entitled by the controller VECCHIA MURANO V.M. SRL as to:
- managers and administrators
- accountants and invoicing clerks
- dispatch clerks
The data subject may exercise all the rights set in art.7 of n.196/2003 (including the rights of data
access, rectifying, updating, objection to data processing and cancellation)
